I want to welcome you to the website.

Before you keep scrolling, let me ask you one question:

Are you happy with where you are at and how you are feeling about you're health?

If you answered no, I enjoin you to make the change in recreating a better you.

Time is a funny thing and we don't get a chance to get it back.
Just like our bodies, we only have one body an we should cherish and tend to it properly.
So if you've been telling yourself that you'll *get around* to starting your journey or *get around* to taking the first step, recognize that now is your best time to take action.

A little About Me:

My name is Trista Freytag but you might know me as

As a trainer, my passion is to help guide people toward a healthier, happier lifestyle. We are all different and we all come from different backgrounds, which is why we all approach health and fitness in different ways. Along those ways there can be much confusion, that's where I come in. I thrive to educate you and get you on the right path to properly achieve the goals you have and want to accomplish. 

I am certified through NASM and I have been training for about 10 years. I have been strength training since high school, so around 15 years of my life so far. Strength Training Is something that I live by every day of my own life, I am very passionate about it, and it's something that’s fun for me and something that I love making fun for others as well.

I like to make my training fun so my clients and I have a good time while we are also learning to improve our bodies and selves. 

I truly love helping people achieve their health and fitness goals and I love seeing everything else that changes in their lives when they do. It's been the most rewarding thing I have ever done. So if your tired of putting yourself last and your ready to make a change please do not hesitate to reach out.

what I do

*Online Programming

All your workouts uploaded on one platform. A downloaded app that makes everything accessible from your phone.

*Nutritional Coaching

We work on learning how to track your food and calculate your macros based on your goal

(for example, weight loss vs muscle gan)

*Accountability 

Each week you get to partake in Q&A's and track your progress through photo comparisons. You also get 1:1 direct contact with me through text so that if you ever need help, your not alone.

*Mental Toughness

No matter how hard things get, I will help you stay on track and thrive to be your best self, met goals and feel comfortable during the process.

*IBS Programs

I offer specialized programs for people that have IBS (Irritable Bowl Syndrome). I will guide you through EVERYTHING to make you feel better, and more comfortable with your foods and yourself.
