I am 21 years old. I am a full-time student, a full-time employee, and a part-time soccer player. My dad, my paternal grandfather, and my maternal grandmother all have type 2 diabetes. Developing type 2 diabetes has been a big fear of mine, specifically since I have gained so much weight. I also have very high cholesterol. I have had trouble in the past finding the motivation to work out on a consistent basis and eat a healthier diet.
I met Trista when I started working at the same indoor soccer facility as her. She has been such an inspiration to me. Seeing how hard she works to provide for herself and her family is so amazing. She has brought out the motivation I needed to get healthier, mentally and physically. She has taught me how to put myself first and how to only fight for myself. She has also taught me that I am my worst critic. She has trained me every day and the consistency is amazing. She is so fun to be around and she is so fun to work out with.

I loved working with Trista. We came up with a diet and a workout plan that was better suited to foods that I liked and made it easy to follow. As things started to get easier with my workout plan it was so easy to reach out to her to change things up to better myself even more.Trista was always flexible, there when I needed anything and was willing to answer any questions or concerns I had about anything. She made me feel like I was in a 100% judgement free atmosphere at all times.
I would definitely recommend her 100 % if your looking for a trainer.

I loved working with Trista.
We came up with a diet/macro outline that was best suited for me and the foods that I really enjoyed eating and it was made easy for me to follow. She also built a complete workout plan that was made specifically to my needs.
Trista was always flexible and was willing to answer any concerns or questions I had about anything. The best part was being able to loss weight while still enjoying the things I loved.
