Finding Yourself or Creating Yourself

Does your life feel more like your trying to find yourself or create yourself?

This is something that I love talking about and I really want to talk about it! It's a very exciting topic for myself because I have learned from this so much in my life and I hope I can help others with this one too.


Many people have a time in their life where they are looking for the person they used to be at one point in their life. They have a hard time getting back to that person no matter what they do.... Have you had this experience before? In reality, you cant get back to that person because that person is no longer who you are. You have been through life experiences, changes and much more to create the person that you are really meant to be as long as you let it be what it is meant to be.

Therefore, let yourself experience all these things you should in life. Love deeply, care endlessly, be passionate about something, do things that you love, take care of yourself, be a little selfish, experience those thrilling things you want to experience... let yourself evolve into the amazing human being you should become.

Every person has different chapters in their lives and It's your book to write so do what you want with it.

I offer specialized programs for people that have IBS (Irritable Bowl Syndrome). I will guide you through EVERYTHING to make you feel better, and more comfortable with your foods and yourself.
