Taking Care Of Yourself

How often do you take care of yourself? put yourself first above everything else that you do. Taking care of yourself can be the most important thing you can do. When you take care of yourself, an effect of things start to come afterwords.

Here are some benefits of self care:

  • Self-care can improve your physical health.

  • Self-care can reduce stress and anxiety.

  • Self-care can boost your self-esteem.

  • Self-care protects your mental health.

  • Self-care can lead to better relationships.


This includes:

  • Plenty of restful sleep.

  • Eating healthy foods & eating when your body needs to.

  • Getting regular exercise in about 3-6 days a week

  • Reading/ Journaling/ Studying something that you love.

  • Listening to your favorite kind of music or even calming music.

  • Participating in social events with close friends/ connecting with people.

  • Meditation

  • Take the time to Pamper yourslef

All of these things are great to do for yourself. sometimes you have to be selfish to take care of yourself and that's ok. At the end of every day you are the only one that lives with yourself, the only one that you are alone with at anytime.

I offer specialized programs for people that have IBS (Irritable Bowl Syndrome). I will guide you through EVERYTHING to make you feel better, and more comfortable with your foods and yourself.
