Patience Is Everything

Today I want to talk about patience. I feel like this is a very important thing for anyone and everyone, especially for the people wanting to see great changes. There are many reasons why I say that and I am going to go over them :)


A lot of people these days like to have the fast, easy, quick fix to solve the problem and get the results they want. Unfortunately, in health and fitness that is not the way to go. If you are looking to make good, healthy changes and have them stick you have to have enough patience and consistency for them. If you want to loss weight, its going to take time. If you want to build muscle, its going to take time. If you want to eat healthier, its going to take time. Everything is going to take your time and patience. Once you mess with it all, get a good routine, have the ultimate patience for it all, you will see amazing changes. When you see those changes you will see where your Patience has gotten you.

In fitness, as in life, PATIENCE IS A VIRTUE. No matter how hard you work, the results won't come overnight. Your body needs time to grow and achieve the shape you're after. Sometimes, it can take months or even years to get results.

How can you be patient with fitness? Great question...

Im going to share five ways to be patient with your fitness goals:

  1. Plan out the necessary steps. Once you've set your fitness goals, take the time to plan out all the necessary steps needed to accomplish them.

  2. Set realistic expectations.

  3. Expect a few setbacks.

  4. Remind yourself that improvement takes time.

  5. Keep showing up.
